    DAMAGED PRODUCT

    In the unlikely event that this happens, no worries. Please inspect the products within 7 days of the day you receive it. If there are any problems, contact us at info@KidzTrack.co. 

     

     All return should be requested within 30 days after the order has been delivered.
    Buyer should be responsible for all the returning costs.
    The customized items(size, logo printing) are unavailable to be returned unless product is damaged. 
     

    HOW TO RETURN?

    Contact us at info@KidzTrack.co. A KidzTrack Team Representative will guide you through the process. Funds will be refunded according to the policy above to the same account you used to make the purchase. 


    Return steps

    We make our returns hassle free. 
    1. Email us and Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. 
    2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
    3. Our Team will arrange for a Fed Ex Pick up. 
    4.You will receive the refund soon after we receive the product, or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a certain amount of days

    Products in which are purchased with significant discounts are non-refundable. Replacements are based on functionality defects, however customers will be responsible for shipping costs when returning the product for the exchange.

    Canceling orders?

    The buyer is only able to cancel the order 30 minutes after it is placed. After that, the order goes from pending to shippable and the buyer can no longer cancel the order.
